  I went out for a drink and app with a girlfriend of mine on a Buckhead restaurant crawl last weekend and granted we only sat at the bar, but I thought Aria was so fun and sexy; the place is very dimly lit and the walls are dark with plush red velvet lounge seating. There is also an indescribably great patio out front, which I am shocked to have never seen a single soul sitting out there. Anyhoo, we were feeling cocktails, so I tried the gin cocktail with green tea and let's just say that I could have quenched my thirst with many more had I not still been punished by my body for the heavy drinking done the week prior. I will definitely go back and get that drink every single time! I should also mention, that the bartender was super nice and accommodating. She was conversational, but not invasive. We ended up having a few apps, the beet salad and the crab cake which both passed the test, and although the fried style of crab cake is not my fav, it was nonetheless delicious. When we got our check, we were pleasantly surprised to have received 20% off our food for dining at the bar. Yay Aria- thanks for such a great time and stellar level of service!
